Process
Large projects require effective coordinating to maintain cost and quality. Pedro's Contracting will ensure the necessary permits, trades and services are in place to begin construction. We will oversee the work in progress and schedules to accommodate construction to its finish making sure all city construction code requirements have been followed.
An area of your home may need remodeling or extension. Once you have your vision along with the help from our design associates plans will be drafted detailing the layout. Any necessary applications for permits will be submitted and a schedule will be devised for our carpenters and sub trades to ensure the project is on time and on budget.
We'll also advise you on ways of increasing your homes climate efficiency making things cheaper in the long run.
Additions to your home will extend into your lot allowing more overall space. We will build new foundation walls for the area of the addition. After cutting away the required existing exterior walls, we will anchor your new addition frame to the existing frame and follow through with the interior and exterior finishes to satisfaction.
