Pedro's Contracting has helped us transform our 2-car garage into a beautiful family room. He has added dormer windows to a main hall stairway, built master bedroom windows, removed a sauna to create a bigger basement space amongst other things. They are a superb contractor who is reliable, professional and is there when you need them. You can truly depend on Pedro's Contracting and their crew.

During the spring of 2007, we had the pleasure of working with Pedro's Contracting. They took on the extensive job of renovating our very old and outdated kitchen. They guided us every step of the way in terms of discussing our unique needs in order to design a kitchen that was functional, yet aesthetically pleasing. No detail was too small for them to address. Together, we were available to design a kitchen, highly specified to our particular wants and needs.
They encouraged us to clearly outline what our dream kitchen would look like and how it would work. We love to cook as well as entertain and they designed a kitchen that has wonderful preparation areas as well as large areas for serving.
The quality of the cabinetry and the workmanship is exquisite. Their professionalism and attention to detail was impressive. Their respect for timelines is highly notable, given the coordination of the many subtrades involved.

We recently worked with Pedro's contracting over the course of several weeks in respect of planning and orchestrating an extensive renovation and restoration project for a contemplated acquisition. During this time, we were most pleased with the guidance, recommendations and timeliness of advice which we received from Pedro's Contracting.
The project involved multiple issues in respect of timing, coordination of subtrades, and architectural services. In dealing with these issues, we were very pleased with the high degree of professionalism and competence which Pedro's Contracting provided throughout the period.
